Vibrational essences capture the energy signature of the thing they are made from. The first available commercially, and best known, are the Bach Flower Remedies, however there are now hundreds of others available from around the World, including other plant essences, gem essences, colour essences, channelled essences and astrological essences.

 

Lauren prepares gem and colour essences. These vibrational essences work at a subtle energy level and are excellent for emotional and spiritual support. They are selected for an individual to support their progress through the period of therapy.

 

Essences are an energy signature, rather than the substance itself, so they are very safe and will not interfere with any medication or other therapies unless you are receiving other subtle energy therapies such as homeopathy in which case please check with your other therapist before taking them. Please note that they are preserved with alcohol and so anyone with present or past addictions needs to ask for their essences to be preserved in Cider Vinegar instead. Bottles supplied will be all be stock bottle strength and so can be further diluted to make dosage bottles. This means a little can go a long, long way!
