Colour Healing
Lauren qualified in Healing with Colour with
Mandala Complementary Studies and was taught by Sue Lilly. Unlike many colour healing courses this one is not aligned to a product range and leaves the practitioner free to explore the many sources of colour healing available.
Colour surrounds us. We only have to imagine a world drained of colour and presented in monochrome to realise the profound effect it has on our moods and emotions. Lauren uses colour healing tools alongside the crystals to enhance your healing. The beauty of colour healing is that it is easy to continue your treatment at home, as colour healing can be accessed through our clothes, our food, flowers and decor as well as through specialist tools.
Lauren's partner Steve developed a colour healing torch for her use. It has many advantages over the others on the market, the foremost being that the therapist can choose their own colour range for the caps and how many different colours they want. It is also considerably cheaper.

Bespoke Colour and Gem Essences
These are prepared by Lauren using carefully selected crystals. Gem essences can be taken as drops internally, evaporated on crystals in a room or healing, swept through the aura using hands or a crystal, dropped on chakra points or rubbed on the pulse points. Lauren offers a bespoke essence making service creating the perfect gem essence just for you.
