Touchstones Therapies is run by Lauren D'Silva. Lauren is an experienced crystal therapist with well over 20 years of professional, qualified, teaching experience. Her work has a strong emphasis on spiritual development and personal empowerment.
Touchstones is a member school of the Affiliation of Crystal Healing Organisations (ACHO) and of the Crystal Therapy Council (CTC), the recognised lead body for Crystal Therapy in the UK. Lauren is a member of the General Regulatory Council for Complementary Therapies (GRCCT).

If Glastonbury is too far away or weekends are too busy then Lauren runs Intensive courses in Llandrindod Wells. These can be arranged for individuals and small groups. Please get in touch if you are interested. More information can be found on the Diploma pages. Intensive weeks are limited to a maximum of 4 students per group.
